Our 2018 AGM was one to remember! We gathered for lunch at the Bench-mark Restaurant In Niagara-at-the-Lake to celebrate our Newcomers Club 40th anniversary. Thanks to Monique Charlebois for organizing a memorable event!
Our first Artisan Marketplace was held November 14, 2018. We have so much talent in Newcomers, it was incredible to see all of the wares displayed! As a charity fundraiser, we donated almost $600 to the Alzheimer's Society. Thank you to all who contributed, great job!
Our 2018 Christmas party was a smashing success! This year, the food was a delicious buffet style holiday dinner with all the fixings. Once again, we were entertained by the Newcomers' favourite band, "Phase Three", at the Dalhousie Yacht Club. Dinner, dancing, door prizes, meeting old friends and making new friends were the highlights of our Newcomers Club's final party of the year.
